At ESKIMOS, we generally strive to treat each case individually and do our utmost to find the best solution for the customer when problems arise. This includes interpreting the terms and conditions attached below less strictly, provided this is commercially feasible. However, you will find all the information you need here for a rough guide to regulations regarding cancellation, payment, etc.

Insurances, accidents & illness
Conditions in Case of Delayed Opening or Full Closure of the Saas-Fee Ski Area
If the ski area is delayed or fully closed, please check the status with Saas-Fee mountain railways at +41 27 958 11 00. ESKIMOS cannot guarantee to contact all guests in case of last-minute closures. We are available at our office (Obere Dorfstraße 62), at the ESKIMOS Meeting Point Village, or via WhatsApp (+41 78 612 81 24).
If the entire area is closed for the day, all lessons are canceled for safety reasons without refund. We recommend purchasing a cancellation insurance (available from the mountain railways when buying your lift ticket) for such cases. We will attempt to reschedule, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Lessons will begin when the lifts open and continue until the scheduled end time. Lost time is not refunded.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available in case of illness or injury, starting from the second day, with a doctor's certificate. A voucher for 80% of remaining lessons will be issued, valid until the end of the season. No refunds for force majeure events such as storms or avalanche risk.
Insurance:
Insurance is the responsibility of participants. We strongly recommend a general travel insurance and insurance for area closures. We are not liable for accidents during lessons on the slopes, freestyle park, or other ESKIMOS events.
